How to properly fill out an application for transportation in Cargo Taxi

Friends, in order for your cargo to arrive quickly, without surprises, and at a good price, it is very important to fill out the application correctly. The more accurate the information, the faster the driver will agree and the less risk there will be that something will go wrong.

Be sure to include the following information:

1. Two complete addresses

- Where to pick up (loading address)

- Where to deliver (unloading address)

2. How to get to the loading and unloading site

- Is there a barrier, a security system, or height/weight restrictions?

- What floor is it on, and is there an elevator, a freight elevator, stairs, or a basement?

- Where exactly should the driver arrive (gate, entrance, or territory)

3. Cargo characteristics (photos)

- Weight (approximate or exact)

- Dimensions (length × width × height)

- Number of items (boxes, pallets, bags, etc.)

- How fragile or valuable the items are

4. Special conditions

- Do you need a trailer (low-bed, with a hydraulic ramp, etc.)?

-  Do you need a second loader/assistant?

- Do you need to pack the cargo at your place or just pick it up?

- Are there any time restrictions (what time should the cargo be picked up/delivered)?

5. Additional details (the more you write, the better)

- The cargo is heavy but bulky

- The cargo is light but very long

- It is sensitive to water, cold, or heat

- It requires careful loading/unloading, etc.
